Like you, we at the Paint Shop are following the evolving recommendations of health authorities to best mitigate the transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in our communities. This involves adhering to the most up-to-date guidelines of provincial and federal governments, as well as the World Health Organization.

FREE home delivery is now available at participating locations. As well, all of our Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick locations continue to offer curbside pick-up for orders.  Please call ahead to place your order.

Phone Orders and Pick Up Service

When you’ve decided what colors work best for you give us a call and we will prepare your order! Simply schedule pickup with your local Paint Shop at your own convenience and we will have your order waiting for you.

Social distancing and cleanliness procedures

As part of our plan to carry out recommended social distancing and cleanliness procedures, the Paint Shop has implemented the following:

  • Stores will be remain open but are closed to the public. We will continue to serve our customers through our curbside service (see left).  We will accept credit card information via telephone and will arrange to customers to pick up their orders.
  • New cleaning procedures have been implemented in stores along with prescribed guidelines. Using the recommended cleaning products and procedures, all stores in the Paint Shop network have trained staff in best practices for treating surfaces and high-touch areas.
  • Staff have been instructed in social distancing within stores. For in-store consulting services, this will mean maintaining the recommended space of approximately 2 meters or 6 feet. At-home consulting services are currently suspended.
  • Company travel has been restricted and employees returning from travel will self-isolate for 14 days.
