Custom-tinted paint and custom-ordered products, including drapery, blinds, wall coverings, and floor coverings, are non-refundable as well as in-stock products cut to customer specifications, such as fabric, blinds, sheet flooring and carpet.
In-stock rugs, bedding, framed prints, shower curtains, home accents and mirrors may be returned for refund within 24 hours of purchase if accompanied by a sales receipt. All other merchandise in its original packaging, and accompanied by a sales receipt, may be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase.
Merchandise returned that is not accompanied by a sales receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise or a credit note.
AIR MILES® reward miles are issued upon the completion of a single, specific transaction and must remain tied to that transaction. Reward miles will therefore only be issued to the purchasing party and cannot be issued or transferred to another party at the time of purchase.
When a transaction is reversed during a refund, the corresponding amount of reward miles collected will be debited from the Collector’s account. However, if an item is exchanged for another product and the purchase amount is unchanged, the reward miles will remain posted to the account.
